HPV virus is Sexually Transmitted Disease, some of the virus strains cause genital warts which start as above and develop further to a mushroom rough surface, very itchy and some time with burning sensation.
Genital warts are flesh-colored or gray lesions, and typically develop on the skin of a woman's vagina, cervix, vulva or anus. They often appear as raised bumps, but may also be flat, with just a slight elevation from the skin surface. The lesions vary in size. Genital warts typically develop in the moist areas of the vaginal opening and labia minora. They may also occur in the cervix or anus. But genital warts also seen at the clitoris, Vulva, and perineal area.
Common symptoms and may be the 1st symptoms of genital warts in women is an increase in the amount of vaginal discharge. This is usually not directly related to the Growths of genital warts but due to secondary infection and inflammation of the vagina.

Genital warts may cause itching in the area of the warts Growths.In early stage of Genital warts, the growth looks like a skin rash associated with itching and in some cases associated with severe pain.
